Tired of your old 9 to 5? Want to make both your boss and sysadmin mad? Well, chug-a-lug on over to Facebook and add the Jobster application. Jobster seems to really know what they're doing. How it works is that you add the app, pick a "talent network," which is a job sector you'd like to connect with, and employers' hiring managers have the ability to directly connect to you. A great concept. Next time I'm in the job market, I'll give this a shot.
